Mainnet Checklist

The architecture is considered mainnet-ready when all of the following are true (per Pollar technical doc):

• Sponsor key use is isolated (Signer Boundary).
• At least one production wallet flow works end to end.
• At least one external integrator has used the SDK.
• Documentation allows an external team to integrate without a call with the team.
• The system has run stably for at least 7 consecutive days.
• Monitoring and alerting are in place.

Environments and deployment

• Testnet: currently active; use for development and testing.
• Mainnet: deployment planned (T3); secrets and sponsor wallets separated by environment; explicit allowlists for mainnet.
